  • Unsweetened Almond Milk – 160 g (160 ml)
  • Olive Oil – 27 g (2 Tbsp)
  • Whole Wheat Flour – 553 g (4½ cups)
  • Sugar – 48 g (4 Tbsp)
  • Vital Wheat Gluten – 24 g (3 Tbsp)
  • Salt – 10 g (2 tsp)
  • Rapid Rise Yeast – 6 g (2 tsp)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to the bread pan in the order listed above.
  2. Select the Whole Wheat or Vegan setting on your Gemelli Artisan Bread Maker
  3. Choose your desired crust level: Light, Medium, or Dark.
