Easy Strawberry Jam Recipe (Made in a Bread Maker) – No Stovetop Needed

Ingredients

  • Gemelli Home Artisan Bread Maker

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp fruit pectin (optional)

Directions

  1. Place the chopped strawberries into the bread pan.

  2. Add the sugar, lemon juice, and pectin.

  3. Select the Jam setting on your Gemelli Artisan Bread Maker.

  4. Start the cycle and let the machine cook and stir the mixture.

  5. When the cycle is complete, pour the hot jam into sterilized jars.

  6. Let cool, then refrigerate. Use within a few weeks.
