Ingredients

  • Gemelli Artisan Bread Maker
  • Water (80°F): 320 ml
  • Bread Flour: 553 g (4½ cups)
  • Vital Wheat Gluten (optional): 8 g (3 tsp)
  • Sugar: 13 g (1 Tbsp)
  • Dry Milk: 12 g (3 Tbsp)
  • Salt: 10 g (2 tsp)
  • Unsalted Butter (softened): 35 g (2½ Tbsp)
  • Rapid Rise Yeast: 6 g (2 tsp)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to the bread pan in the order listed for your desired loaf size. Wet to Dry
  2. Select Setting 5 – Low Sugar Bread.
  3. Choose your preferred crust color.
  4. Press Start and let the machine do the rest.
  5. When done, remove loaf and allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
