Ingredients

  • Gemelli Home Artisan Bread Maker
  • Water: 320 ml
  • Bread Flour: 553 g 4 ½ cups
  • Sugar: 4 Tbsp
  • Dry Milk Powder: 3 Tbsp
  • Salt: 2 tsp
  • Unsalted Butter- Softened: 2 ½ Tbsp
  • Rapid Rise Yeast: 2 tsp

Directions

  1. Add water first to the bread pan
  2. Add Bread Flour
  3. Add sugar
  4. Add Dry Milk Powder
  5. Add Salt
  6. Add Unsalted Butter
  7. Add Yeast
  8. Set to Dough Rise
  9. Hit Start
  10. Remove dough from bread pan
  11. Preheat Oven Temperature: 375°F (190°C)
  12. Divide into 8 separate balls
  13. Add to hamburger forms or place on baking sheet evenly spaced
  14. Cover and let rise for 1 hour
  15. Bake Time: 14–17 minutes, or until tops are golden brown and buns sound slightly hollow when tapped
  16. Place on cooling rack and let sit for 30 minutes before using
