- 260 g Bread Flour 2 cups
- 6 g Rapid Rise Yeast 2 tsp
- Sourdough Starter
- 38 ml Apple Cider Vinegar 2 ½ tbsp
- 23 ml Lemon Juice 1 ½ tbsp
- 390 g Bread Flour 3 cups
- 8 g Vital Wheat Gluten 3 tsp (optional)
- 25 g Sugar 2 tbsp
- 7.5 g Salt 1 ½ tsp
- 6 g Rapid Rise Yeast 2 tsp
Directions
- Add water to Bread Pan
- Add Bread Flour
- Add Yeast
- When finished, immediately make sourdough bread using sourdough recipe and Setting 6 Sourdough Bread.
- Keep Starter in Bread Pan
- Add Apple Cider Vinegar
- Add Lemon Juice
- Add Bread Flour
- Add Vital Wheat Gluten (optional)
- Add Sugar
- Add Salt
- Add yeast
- Use Setting 6 Sourdough Bread.
