  • Gemelli Artisan Bread Maker
  • 360 ml Water
  • 260 g Bread Flour 2 cups
  • 6 g Rapid Rise Yeast 2 tsp
  • Sourdough Starter
  • 38 ml Apple Cider Vinegar 2 ½ tbsp
  • 23 ml Lemon Juice 1 ½ tbsp
  • 390 g Bread Flour 3 cups
  • 8 g Vital Wheat Gluten 3 tsp (optional)
  • 25 g Sugar 2 tbsp
  • 7.5 g Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • 6 g Rapid Rise Yeast 2 tsp

Directions

  1. Add water to Bread Pan
  2. Add Bread Flour
  3. Add Yeast
  4. When finished, immediately make sourdough bread using sourdough recipe and Setting 6 Sourdough Bread.
  5. Keep Starter in Bread Pan
  6. Add Apple Cider Vinegar
  7. Add Lemon Juice
  8. Add Bread Flour
  9. Add Vital Wheat Gluten (optional)
  10. Add Sugar
  11. Add Salt
  12. Add yeast
  13. Use Setting 6 Sourdough Bread.
