Ingredients

  • Water: 320 ml
  • Bread Flour: 553 g 4 ½ cups
  • Sugar: 4 Tbsp
  • Dry Milk Powder: 3 Tbsp
  • Salt: 2 tsp
  • Unsalted Butter- Softened: 2 ½ Tbsp
  • Rapid Rise Yeast: 2 tsp

Directions

  1. Add water first to the bread pan
  2. Add Bread Flour
  3. Add sugar
  4. Add Dry Milk Powder
  5. Add Salt
  6. Add Unsalted Butter
  7. Add Yeast
  8. Set to Basic Bread
  9. Set the crust color
  10. Set the size of loaf 1 lb, 1.5lb, 2lb
  11. Set nut dispenser if using
  12. Hit Start
