  • Milk (80°F): 360 ml
  • Beaten Eggs: 150 g (3 large eggs)
  • Vegetable Oil: 36 g (3 Tbsp)
  • Apple Cider Vinegar: 15 g (1 Tbsp)
  • Honey: 61 g (3 Tbsp)
  • Brown Rice Flour: 277 g (1¾ cups)
  • Potato Starch: 320 g (2 cups)
  • Xanthan Gum: 9 g (1 Tbsp)
  • Salt: 7.5 g (1½ tsp)
  • Rapid Rise Yeast: 9 g (3 tsp)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to the baking pan in the order listed.
  2. Select Setting 15 – Gluten-Free (or the dedicated gluten-free cycle on your model).
  3. Choose your desired crust color.
  4. Press Start. Let the machine handle mixing, resting, and baking.
