Recipe Note
⚙️ Bread Machine Pro Tip
Use room temperature ingredients for best results.
Gluten-free dough is more delicate than traditional dough. To ensure a proper rise and soft texture, make sure your eggs, milk, and oil are at room temperature before adding them to the pan. This small detail makes a big difference in achieving a light, even crumb with your Gemelli Artisan Bread Maker.
Bread Machines are super simple to make – basically just add the ingredients and push start. BUT you do need to put the ingredients in a certain way. Think of it as 2 groups – a wet and a dry group. Mix all the wet ingredients together and then add them to the bread machine pan. Then mix all the dry ingredients and add them to the pan. THEN push start.

Toast and top with avocado, jam, or nut butter

🧊 Storage Tips
Room Temperature: Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Freezing: Slice the loaf, then freeze in a zip-top bag for up to 3 months. Toast straight from frozen or let thaw at room temp.
Avoid Refrigeration: It dries out gluten-free bread quickly and alters the texture. Stick to countertop or freezer storage for best results.
